Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• Products that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
