Free Ground Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 USD within the continental United States.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Cuescreens is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at info@cuescreens.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
