Dismantling the Cue unit was a bit of a challenge, but once that was done, installing the new screen was easy. The guide to open it and button it back up was very effective. I felt like a winner once I was all done and it worked immediately. Great product expected to be much better than the original equipment.
It worked perfectly! After trying two different screens that didn't quite meet my expectations, I finally discovered this company and decided to give them a try. Solved an issue I've been having for so long and it was so simple! This beats paying all extra for a new unit when this works perfect! Now to find a better update for the app

Installation video was good and the install was successful. Recommend allowing plenty of time so the job is not rushed. The disassembly process took longer than expectednot have a heat gun or blow dryer to soften the adhesive. Great price for an easy fix, thank you!

Walkthroughs were very easy to follow, but did miss out how to uncouple one of the connectors on my CTS 2015 Dashboard, but found the answer in the video chat.
Took me a couple of hours in total, and now everything works, so I can finally turn my AC off!!

My 2015 Silverado had the screen acting up and not being responsive in some spots. The information screen on my dash cluster was also changing a lot to the point it was irritating. My research showed this was the best option to try to fix it and I have to say it was so simple. The instruction video was helpful and I watched a couple of times and everything went exactly as it did in the video. I used a heat gun to warm up the edges so the screeen would detach and a razor knife made it easy. The glue came off with a little alcohol and rubbing with a dry thumb.
I will tell you this though... when I connected the wires on the back and turned on the key, my screen wasn't working correctly. I poked it all over and turned the key off. I started my truck and everything worked perfectly. I guess it had to do a reset so don't be discouraged. Just turn the key on and let it fire up... then turn it off and start the truck and it'll work perfectly.
So glad I did this rather than deal with the Stealership! Now I don't use the term POS anymore when referring to my radio screen!
Two of my issues were resolved, the screen being inoperable (frozen) at times and also the ghost-scrolling. What is did not resolve is the display going black and temporarily losing a caller (and my audio) on my phone using CarPlay.
My vehicle is a 2019 GMC Denali 2500HD.
I’m so glad I found this product!! The dealership would have charged me $1,800 to repair the Cue screen on my 2018 Escalade ESV.
After reviewing the installation video TWICE, I was ready to tackle the job. It took me three hours, but went perfectly!! If you have any type of mechanical ability, YOU CAN DO THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF OVER $1,600!!!
