Fit nicely. 2019 GMC SIERRA 2500HD, Only thing i was unaware of was i had to transfer a circuit strip from old unit to new. But that was really easy to do.

Was really worried about this happening. I thought I was going to have to spend over $1000 to fix. I rolled the dice, paid less than $200, received, watched videos, started and 3 hours later, perfection! Yes I’m pretty handy, but I think just about anyone could do it. My only issue was the screws holding the screen in, needed a smaller screwdriver to get out and it took a strong effort not to strip them. But I’m very happy with it and glad that I did it myself. Thank you!

Very helpful in safely removing trim surrounding CUE screen. Most likely would have marred or broken trim without, as it fits very tightly.

My touch screen was ghosting for a year randomly changing and beeping. I purchased my cuescreen for my Chevy Colorado and watched countless YouTube videos to install. Start to finish 1 hour and it’s been perfect. Great product so far 👍
Worked perfect when I was done like new. Just one suggestion wear cotton gloves otherwise be careful and clean what gets touched by fingers/ body oils.

Works great, fast shipping. Only 4 stars because I would definitely still describe this screen as glossy, not matte. Especially not compared to the original. Reflections are a little distracting, but OK so far.

Replacement screen is great. Functions accordingly. You would never know it was replaced.
First unit was defective, did Warranty claim, next day got response, they apologised and let me pick wether to get a refund or replacement. Opted for replacement, got it 2 business days later. Installed and very happy with new Screen. I've driven 10 hours this week and used it the entire time with ZERO issues.
Replies were fast before purchase. A real person even called. Video instruction were spot on. Only took about 45-60 minutes start to finish. It was super easy. Fixed the problem I was having as they said it would. So much cheaper than the mechanic would have been!
