This replacement touchscreen is an excellent solution for my Cadillac's CUE system, which started to delaminate on the radio. This was the second occurrence of this issue; the first time, Cadillac covered the repair under warranty by replacing the entire radio. However, this time I didn't have that option. The new screen, however, is fantastic—like new and functioning perfectly.
It was easy to install, the screen was clearer and solved all my problems. The only thing I noticed was that the backup camera screen now has a much darker tint to it.

Screen was delivered in approximately 3 days. Installation was fairly straight forward and was completed in about 45 minutes. The only feedback I would provide is to include the two plastic tools without charging for them. The tools were useful for removing the dash panel but broke very easily. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase.
Product and instructions were as described. Take your time and it's a simple replacement. Very satisfied with the experience.
The screen is great just lost where my WiFi wire connects to inside just wish I knew where it goes or got the video before I touched it please help

Glad to hear the UAQ screen is working well. We can definitely help with the WiFi antenna wire.
On the UAQ system, that antenna lead connects to the rear of the factory radio module, not to the replacement LCD itself. There are several similar-looking antenna/coax connections on the back of the UAQ radio, so we do not recommend guessing or forcing it into a connector.
Please send us a clear photo of the loose wire/connector and, if possible, a photo of the back of the radio to kevin@cuescreens.com. We can help identify the correct connection point for you.
The good news is that if the screen is operating normally, this is most likely just an antenna lead that was left disconnected during reassembly rather than a problem with the replacement screen.
I found this brand online after googling the issues I was having in my 2017 Cadillac CTS, and decided to give it a try myself. If it wasn’t for the included R & R videos online then I wouldn’t have been able to do it as it pretty involved. It took me over 3hrs to complete the replacement which included removing and re-installing the unit back in the car. I think most mechanically inclined people can do this if they take their time and follow the step by step directions. The screen works perfectly now and I just saved a ton of dealer cost. Thanks much.
Just today had time to install my new touch screen,maybe an hour and I went a slow pace it’s a 100 degree day and my truck is sitting outside,It is everything thing cue screens advertises,everything was easy no stress and screen is very nice and is working very well,very happy with whole process.
I’m pretty handy and while lots of steps once finished was pleasantly surprised it worked. Only question was the usb plug didn’t have anything to plug into. A recommendation is for you to publish a photo manual with each step. May be far easier to follow than videos.
It was not an easy process but still well worth it! The screen works fine!
