Installation video was good and the install was successful. Recommend allowing plenty of time so the job is not rushed. The disassembly process took longer than expectednot have a heat gun or blow dryer to soften the adhesive. Great price for an easy fix, thank you!

Walkthroughs were very easy to follow, but did miss out how to uncouple one of the connectors on my CTS 2015 Dashboard, but found the answer in the video chat.
Took me a couple of hours in total, and now everything works, so I can finally turn my AC off!!

My 2015 Silverado had the screen acting up and not being responsive in some spots. The information screen on my dash cluster was also changing a lot to the point it was irritating. My research showed this was the best option to try to fix it and I have to say it was so simple. The instruction video was helpful and I watched a couple of times and everything went exactly as it did in the video. I used a heat gun to warm up the edges so the screeen would detach and a razor knife made it easy. The glue came off with a little alcohol and rubbing with a dry thumb.
I will tell you this though... when I connected the wires on the back and turned on the key, my screen wasn't working correctly. I poked it all over and turned the key off. I started my truck and everything worked perfectly. I guess it had to do a reset so don't be discouraged. Just turn the key on and let it fire up... then turn it off and start the truck and it'll work perfectly.
So glad I did this rather than deal with the Stealership! Now I don't use the term POS anymore when referring to my radio screen!
Two of my issues were resolved, the screen being inoperable (frozen) at times and also the ghost-scrolling. What is did not resolve is the display going black and temporarily losing a caller (and my audio) on my phone using CarPlay.
My vehicle is a 2019 GMC Denali 2500HD.

After watching the video, I installed the touchscreen. Not only did it fix my screen from switching back and forth, it fixed my cd player. Before I replaced the screen, the cd player wasn't showing up as though it didn't even have one. After replacing the touch screen, the cd player is works. The cd player hasn't worked for over a year.
My radio and screen in between rpm and mph would change randomly without touching anything bought the screen replacement done it myself so far so good works like it’s supposed to work

I found an audio shop to replace it, he is aware of the faulty screens and now is thinking about becoming a dealer for these. Much better than going to a dealership. Thanks!
