Though ours in the 2029 Grand Cherokee was still functioning, it was definitely delaminating and looked bad. I am amazed at how bright and clear the new screen is, plus it's now a TOUCH screen rather than a POKE IT HARD screen!

Nobody will ever read this... But if you do, be aware... This product worked perfect. My teenage son and I did this in about an hour. The hardest part was cleaning the sticky glue out of the screen's housing because it all oozed out. It really is that simple and it really does look better than the original. Go ahead, fix your screen. You're friends will be jealous and hire you to fix theirs.
The digitzer works great. What got me to buy was the reference for a local installer. They were also awesome to work with. Definitely beats what the dealership wants to charge for the job.
The screen works perfectly. The problem has been fixed. The video i watched made it seem like I had to place a screen on my existing unit but the screen came with the unit attached which made the job super easy. I had it done in about 30 minutes. Also, the delivery was a little late, so I emailed Cuescreens and they replied right away with an update and a $50 refund. So the customer service gets 5 stars as well.
DIY install went great. Product was easy to work with and hookup once you got the old one out. I was expecting a more of a matte finish, as it was described. Still seems just as glossy as the one I pulled out. But it works better than the one that was in the car. So no complaints. I will try a matte screen cover to try to reduce the glare.

Thank you. This did correct my Ghost screen issue, however I and still having issues with my MUTE button while talking hands free on the phone. While I’m on the vehicle phone my mute button comes on and off while talking missing part of my communications. Was this item that I purchased supposed to correct this problem as well? It was really easy to do! You need to watch both recommended video’s prior to starting your work. Take your time and keep the **** separated. It actually takes about 1 1/2 hours to complete it. Well worth the savings rather than paying the 1895.00 that the dealership wanted to charge. Thanks!
After getting many quotes and no we don't touch oem/cadillac products etc etc. This was our solution. Great price and quick shipping. The video instructions that was provide was clear and detailed. My husband and I did it together and it went smoothly with the exception of the hubby micromanaging me....but that's a whole other story!! Works just like it should and as described. Fits perfectly! The most difficult part was getting the radio out of the car (and reconnecting it) but replacing the screen was straightforward
