After about 1-3 years of use, the glue adhesive will separate from the plastic touch layer and cause a bubble that will get worse over time.
 
This delamination causes the following issues on your Uconnect display:
 
Random setting adjustment
Unable to control settings, AC, calls, phone, radio
Erratic or random ghost touching
Embarassing, unslightly appearance with bubbles, peeling, or delamination.
 
Of course, this failure happens when you are just outside of warranty. The dealer will present you with a $1,800+ bill to replace the infotainment unit. Of course, you then have to deal with this every couple years.

Please read to avoid issues or complaints 
When removing the radio head unit from vehicle, sometimes the following features and icons may appear missing from your display. 
 
Sirius XM
Backup cam
Navigation
Super Trak Pak
 
Sometimes the touch screen will be jumping around or ghosting after installation. 
This is normal and nothing is broken. Simply drive your car for a day or two while all the computers synchronize and all icons you had will all return as normal, as long as all cables are connected. 
Make sure you remove the protective film from the screen (It can be hard to see) 
Fully insert your ribbon cables and in the right locations
