Description:
This is a complete CUE control unit for all 2013-2020 Cadillac models. The screen has been replaced with our upgraded Premium screen, and a new lower AC panel and it has been fully tested for shipment. If you are having issues with your Cadillac CUE system and you do not want to replace the screen, this is the best and fastest option with least downtime. These are factory units that exceed OEM specifications. It is in NEW condition.
Options:
The Generation 2 upgrade is available in limited supply- these units come with a faster processor and more RAM for quicker response, and far less lag than the original 2013-2015 modules.

All modules are in flawless, brand new condition.
Programming:
All modules are unlocked and require no programming- simply plug it in. No dealer visits needed!
Core Exchange:
Core units MUST be sent in within 30 days to avoid a $200 core charge that will be automatically charged to your card. The return shipping label will be inside the box when you receive it.
Fitment:
READ: All 2013-2020 Cadillac models equipped with the CUE system. This will fit all years and all models ATS, CTS, SRX, XTS, Escalade, and ELR as long as you have the factory installed CUE system. IF you have the small 4" screen, this is NOT COMPATIBLE.
READ: If you have a wireless charger, you will need to move your existing wireless charging pad over to your new unit. Modules DO NOT ship with wireless charging pads as they are specific to your vehicle.

READ: A note on black screen:
It is extremely common for customers to misdiagnose a black display with a faulty CUE system. If your screen is black, it is likely not caused from a bad CUE touch screen, or a bad cue system.
If you buy a new one, you will most likely install it and then still have the same black display issue and be very frustrated. We do not offer refunds on this part. Please make sure it is what you need

Installed the Complete Cue unit in my 2017 Cadillac Escalade yesterday. I chose the whole unit vs. just the screen because the face of my unit was showing wear. The Refurbished unit came with a new face and faster RAM and works great! No Reprogramming. Side note: the 2 long side trim pieces (left one has the engine start button) are installed on a 45 degree angle. They are a little difficult to get off. Try prying with the included plastic trim remover and pulling back same time. Very Happy!
